Residing in the lakes area since 1980, Joan found that she enjoyed the area so much, that it became the base for her real estate business, Up North Properties, as well as her home. With a business and real estate sales background, Joan is equipped to successfully complete transactions for those interested in selling or buying real estate.

Jeremy Miller
Jeremy a lifetime resident of the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area and joined Edina Realty in 2003. Jeremy attended Central Lakes College for 2 years and finished out his 4 years by attending Both North Dakota State University and Saint Cloud State University where he majored in Business. Once done with college Jeremy decided to go into Real Estate, which is his passion in life. Jeremy is a full time agent for Edina Realty. He says the part he loves the most about his profession is seeing the smiles on the peoples faces at closing, knowing that he helped make their dream come true.

Amye Levin
Amye is full time licensed assistant for the Up North Properties Real Estate Group offering over 7 years of experience as a licensed agent in the St. Cloud Area before relocating to the Brainerd Lakes Area and the place she now calls home. She assists in coordination of all buyer and seller transactions for the team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Chamber Events (networking) and boating.
